Once we receive your booking deposit fee for quoted weekend, we will reserve accommodation and staff for your chosen dates and send you a receipt, followed by a detailed itinerary with directions and kit list, together with details of how to pay the remaining balance due for your weekend. The final balance should be paid 3 weeks before your arrival date.

Please note that we are able to refund any payments received in full if we are given notice of cancellation more than 3 weeks before your arrival date.

If you cancel 2-3 weeks before your arrival date we are unable to offer a refund of your deposit, but it can be passed on to another person as a deposit. However we can refund the outstanding remaining balance (minus the deposit) if you have already paid in full.  

If you cancel 0-2 weeks before your arrival date we are unable to offer any refunds at all.

You are responsible for making your own way to the activity venues unless minibus/taxi transport is included in your package.

If you are suspected of having consumed alcohol before an activity then your session may be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Although staff are very safety conscious and have adequate public liability insurance, we advise that you have adequate adventure travel insurance before the trip.

In the event of severe unsuitable weather conditions your activity may have to be substituted with another, although this is generally unlikely.
